Full-priced items purchased ONLINE may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are made to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will issue an online credit. Items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable. HERA will not accept a return if the item is missing the original tags attached to the product.
SALE merchandise or purchases made with a discount code greater than 15% off are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Due to items having a discount greater than 15%, all items purchased from our B1G1 free event are considered a final sale.
HERA will not accept a return on merchandise that has been worn, damaged after item was delivered, or if item is missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must advise Customer Service at shop@heracases.com within 72 hours of delivery or return may not be approved.
HERAreserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
