Christmas Returns
Purchases made from 11/15/2019 through 12/24/2019 on heracases.com may be returned for credit towards the original form of payment through 01/15//2020. Items must be returned in original condition with attached Hera Hang Tags and must be accompanied by the packing list or original sales receipt. All other conditions of our Return Policy Apply. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Gift Returns
The original order number from the packing list or Order Confirmation email is required to process gift returns. Please include this with your gift.
Christmas Exchanges
Purchases made from 11/15/2019 through 12/24/2019 on heracases.com may be exchanged for another item by 01/15//2020. Items must be returned in original condition with attached Hera Hang Tags and must be accompanied by the packing list or original sales receipt. Hera is responsible for shipping.
